All of theses commands can be use in RCON or in server configuration file.
You need to use "tune xxxxx xx"

ground_control_speed
<10.0f>
Change your walking speed

ground_control_accel <100.0f>
Change tour acceleration on your walking

ground_friction <0.5f>
Define how many speed you loose when no movement inputs are active (not pressing left or right) if you are on ground

ground_jump_impulse <12.6f>
The amount of force that jumping and double jumping on ground

air_jump_impulse <11.5f>
The amount of force that jumping and double jumping in air

air_control_speed <250.0f>
Controlling speed of yourself in air

air_control_accel <1.5f>
Controlling acceleration of yourself in air

air_friction <0.98f>
Define how many speed you loose when no movement inputs are active (not pressing left or right) when you're in air

hook_lengh <380.0f>
Change the lengh of your hook

hook_fire_speed <80.0f>
Change how fast your hook should be shooted

hook_drag_speed <15.0f>
Change how fast you'll drag yourself to where you've placed the hook

gravity <0.5f>
Change the gravity

velramp_start <550>
Beggining of the velocity ramping

velramp_range <2000>
Range of the velocity ramping

velramp_curvature <1.4f>
Beggining of the curvature of the velocity ramping

gun_curvature <1.25f>
Change how much your shots are going downwards

gun_speed <2200.0f>
Change the speed of your gun shots

gun_lifetime <2.0f>
How long the bullets exists. In combination with gun_speed, it influence how long the shots are.
Ex : gun_lifetime 2, your bullet will stay 2s ingame.

shotgun_curvature <1.25f>
Change how much your shots are going downwards

shotgun_speed <2200.0f>
Change the speed of your shotgun shells

shotgun_speeddiff <0.8f>
shotgun_speddiff is how each bullet is affected in the spread of 5 bullets. Higher values will cause the outermost bullets to slow way down compared to innermost bullets.

shotgun_lifetime <0.25f>
How long the bullets exists. In combination with shotgun_seed, it influence how long the shots are.
Ex : shotgun_lifetime 2, your bullet will stay 2s ingame.

grenade_curvature <10.0f>
Change how much your rockets are going downwards

grenade_speed <1000.0f>
Change the speed of your rockets

grenade_lifetime <2.0f>
How long the bullets exists. In combination with grenade_speed, it influence how long the shots are.
Ex : grenade_lifetime 2, your grenade will stay 2s ingame.

laser_reach <800.0f>
The shooting range of your laser

laser_bounce_delay <150>
How long the bouncing of the laser will last

laser_bounce_num <1>
The numbers of bounce

laser_bounce_cost <150>
How many damage gets lost with every bounce
Ex : if bounce cost 1, dmg laser is 5, a laser doing 2 bounces will do 3 dmg

laser_damage <5>
The damage of your laser
5.00 = 5 hp
